Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 August 2026
These terms cover your use of this website, operated by Paso Solar (Paso Green Energies). By browsing this site or submitting a form on it, you're agreeing to these terms. They don't cover the actual solar installation work — that's governed by a separate, signed project agreement or proposal document, not by this page.
What this website is for
This site is here to help you understand solar for your home or business, explore our services, and get in touch. The content — service descriptions, blog articles, guides, and the solar calculators — is informational. It's meant to help you form a realistic picture before a real conversation, not to replace a proper site survey.
Figures on this site are estimates
Costs, savings, payback periods, generation estimates, and subsidy amounts shown anywhere on this site — including in the calculators — are indicative. They're built from typical market ranges and publicly available subsidy rules, not a quote for your specific property. Government subsidy rules also change from time to time; we try to keep this site current, but always confirm the scheme terms in force at the time you apply. Your actual system size, cost, and savings depend on a site survey, which is why we recommend one before finalising anything.
Submitting an enquiry doesn't create a contract
Filling in a form, requesting a consultation, or receiving a proposal from us is not a binding agreement to buy anything, and it doesn't commit you to anything. A real project only begins once both sides have agreed to and signed a separate scope-of-work and pricing document.
Content ownership
The text, design, photography placeholders, and graphics on this site belong to Paso Solarunless stated otherwise. You're welcome to link to our pages or share them, but please don't copy substantial content for your own commercial use without asking us first.
External links and third-party services
This site links out to services like WhatsApp, and occasionally to third-party informational resources. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or how they handle your data once you leave our site.
No guarantee the site is error-free
We make a genuine effort to keep this site accurate and working correctly, but we can't promise it will always be free of errors, typos, or the occasional broken link. If you spot something wrong, we'd genuinely like to know — email us and we'll fix it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Paso Solar isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or reliance on indicative figures shown on it. Liability connected to an actual installed solar system is governed by the project agreement signed for that specific project, not by this website.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
