Commercial and industrial systems
Where a day of lost generation is real money and downtime needs a fast response.
Scheduled visits, cleaning, monitoring, and priority support — planned, not chased after a problem.
An annual plan keeps your system in good health and puts a known number in your budget instead of unpredictable service calls. Paso Solar covers systems we installed and systems we did not.
If we installed your home system and it is 10 kW or under, comprehensive maintenance is included for five years at no cost. You do not need a plan from this page until year six. Larger systems and other installers' systems are where an annual plan comes in.

From year six, a plan keeps the same team and the same standard of care in place.
Take over a system with no support, or one whose installer is no longer around.
Where cleaning and checks need equipment and more frequent visits.
The right plan depends on your system size and how much downtime matters to you. We confirm the annual cost after seeing your system details.
For smaller homes past the free-cover period.
Home systems up to about 5 kW
The plan most homes and small businesses choose.
Homes 3–10 kW and commercial up to 50 kW

Plans are tailored to the system. Tell us the size, location, and roof type and we will send a fixed annual price and the visit schedule.
Anything chargeable is quoted and approved by you before the work is done.
Not for the first five years if your system is 10 kW or under. Comprehensive maintenance is already included. An AMC becomes relevant from year six, or sooner for larger systems.
Scheduled maintenance visits, panel cleaning, full electrical and safety checks, inverter health checks, generation monitoring and reports, minor repairs, and priority response when something goes wrong. The exact number of visits and the response time depend on the plan.
Major component replacement is not part of the AMC fee. Those items are usually covered by their own manufacturer warranty, which we help you claim. If a replacement is chargeable, we quote it before doing the work.
Yes. We do a one-time inspection first to check the wiring, earthing, mounting, and inverter, and note anything that needs correcting. After that we can put it on a regular plan.
Mainly by system size and site conditions — a dusty or hard-to-access rooftop needs more visits. We give you a fixed annual figure after seeing the system details, so there are no surprise maintenance bills through the year.
