This policy explains what information Paso Solar (Paso Green Energies) collects through this website, why we collect it, and how we handle it. It covers this website only — not the solar installation work itself, which is governed by the separate project agreement you sign before any work begins.

Information you give us directly

When you fill in a consultation or contact form on this site, we ask for your name and phone number (required), and optionally your city or area, the service you're interested in, and any message you add. That's the complete list — we don't ask for payment details, ID documents, or account passwords anywhere on this site, because there are no logins or payments here.

Submitting this form sends an email with those details to our team, so we can call or message you back. We don't automatically store submissions in a database; the email itself is the record.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site may use standard analytics tools — Google Analytics and, for ad measurement, Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) Pixel — to understand which pages are useful and how visitors reach us. These tools use cookies and collect general usage data such as pages viewed, time on site, and the general region you're browsing from. They do not tell us your name or contact details unless you've separately submitted a form.

You can block or delete these cookies at any time through your browser settings. Doing so won't stop the site from working — it only stops us from seeing anonymised usage patterns.
